On the Basis of Family Circumstances

Who can apply on this basis

An application for a temporary residence permit for a parent, spouse, or child who is a foreign national must be submitted by a citizen of the Republic of Armenia or by a foreign national holding a residence permit, after registering through strong authentication.

Application procedure and required documents

The following documents must be submitted:

• a valid passport of the beneficiary;
• contact email address and telephone number;
• a 3 × 4 cm photograph.

documents confirming the family relationship:

• birth certificate;
• marriage certificate.

Important to know

Notarized or consularly certified translations of all foreign-language documents, including the passport, must be attached.
