On the Basis of Conducting Business Activities

Who can apply on this basis

Foreign nationals may apply on the basis of entrepreneurial activity if they:Are registered as individual entrepreneurs in the State Register of Legal Entities and their turnover for the previous reporting period amounted to at least AMD 1,000,000, or they have a balance of at least AMD 1,000,000 in their bank account.

Application procedure and required documents

After the program is approved, the beneficiaries must be added with the following documents and information attached:

• passport;
• Bank account statement
• Public Services Number (PSN)
• contact email address and telephone number;
• a 3 × 4 cm photograph.
