Who can apply on this basis

An application for a temporary residence permit for a foreign national must be submitted by the head of the educational institution or an authorized representative.

Application procedure and required documents

The student must be added by providing the following information:

• PSN. If the student does not have a PSN, they must apply for one before registering in the system; otherwise, registration will not be possible;
• contact email address and telephone number;
• a 3 × 4 cm photograph.

Important to know

After registering the beneficiary, information on the student’s place of study and the head of the educational institution must also be provided.

After the application is created, the state fee must be paid. The payment may be made through the personal account either by the educational institution or by the foreign national who is the beneficiary of the service.

The application is reviewed by the Migration and Citizenship Service only after payment has been made.
