On the Basis of an Investment Made in the Republic of Armenia

Who can apply on this basis

Foreign nationals who have invested AMD 5 million or more in the Republic of Armenia by acquiring real estate may submit their application in person.

Application procedure and required documents

The following information and documents are required to submit the application:

• a valid passport;
• PSN. If you do not have a PSN, you must apply for one before registering in the system; otherwise, registration will not be possible;
• contact telephone number and email address;
• a document issued by an independent appraiser confirming that the property has a market value of at least AMD 5 million;
• if the beneficiary owns more than one property and the market value of a single property does not exceed AMD 5 million, information on several properties may be submitted.
