On the Basis of an Employment Contract or Volunteer Work

Who can apply on this basis

An application for a temporary residence permit for a foreign national on the basis of a work permit must be submitted by the director of the employer company or an authorized representative.

Application procedure and required documents

First, a new employee must be added through the “Employees” submenu under the “Human Resources” menu, with the following information and documents of the foreign national attached:

• passport;
• contact email address and telephone number;
• a 3 × 4 cm photograph.

Important to know

To submit the application, the employment conditions questionnaire must be completed.

After the application is created, the state fee must be paid. The payment may be made through the personal account either by the employer or by the foreign national who is the beneficiary of the service.

The application is reviewed by the Migration and Citizenship Service only after payment has been made.
